Important Info

Deposit: A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to book your Mermaid Photo Experience. This deposit confirms your session date and time and allows us to start preparing for your magical transformation.

Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session time. This allows us to welcome you and discuss any last-minute details to ensure your experience is magical.

Dressing: Your mermaid will have 10 minutes to get dressed in their costume. We've designed this time to help them slip into their mermaid persona without any rush.

Makeup Time: For those booked into the Sapphire Seas or Treasure Trove Packages, an additional 15 minutes is allotted for makeup application. This extra sparkle will make their mermaid dreams shine even brighter. 

Capture the Magic: Once your mermaid is dressed (and made up, if applicable), we'll dive into your photo session. Our studio is a space where the magic of the sea comes to life, and we'll guide your star through poses that capture their inner mermaid.
Viewing Your Images: Immediately following your session, you'll have the opportunity to view and select the captured images. It's a moment of excitement as you see your child's mermaid dream reflected back at you.

Receiving Your Images: The chosen images will be emailed to you on the same day. You'll be able to treasure and share these moments of magic as soon as they arrive in your inbox.

What to Wear: We request that our mermaids wear biking shorts or leggings beneath their mermaid tails. This ensures comfort and ease as they transform into a creature of the sea.Makeup and Hair: Please note, we do not apply makeup or style hair for our clients. For packages that include makeup (Sapphire Seas and Treasure Trove), we will provide a makeup kit for use during your session. This allows for a personalized touch to your mermaid look.
